  • Partnering with Senior Leaders: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement effective people strategies that drive business growth.
  • Workforce Planning: Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the right talent is in place to meet business needs.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive individual and team performance.
  • Succession Planning: Identify and develop future leaders to ensure smooth transitions and continued business success.
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues through coaching, guidance, and support.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
  • Reporting and Insights: Analyze data to provide insights-driven recommendations to drive business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders.
