The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the achievement of department, branch, and corporate goals relative to profit, growth, service producer and client relations.

Responsibilities
Essential duties include:
- Meeting or exceeding assigned targets for new business acquisition, retention, and rate management to drive revenue and profit growth.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to optimize book performance, improve customer relationships, and enhance market share.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and resources, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Providing regular updates and insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions and drive growth opportunities.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, product offerings, and pricing strategies that align with business objectives and customer preferences.
