Job Description

As a Senior Thermal Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and emergency repairs of thermal management products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service calls in a professional manner while on duty.
  • Perform all work in a safe manner and in accordance with established safety policies.
  • Assist in ensuring that planned maintenance completion rates are maintained at a minimum 90%.
  • Keep scheduling teams informed of changes to your schedule and the status of all open jobs.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the accuracy of customer listings by reporting errors with site change forms.
  • Close tasks in Oracle Mobile Field Service (MFS) daily and weekly paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.
  • Report sales or service leads to the proper department via the correct process.
  • Support company vision and management decisions.
  • Use email and other office-based programs to maintain/enhance communications processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

NVQ Level 1 & 2, or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is required.

City and Guilds 2078 or 2079 in Refrigerant Safe Handling, subscribed to ACRIB is also required.
