Thermal Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Thermal Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair of thermal management systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair: The successful candidate will be responsible for the regular maintenance and repair of thermal management products.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills are required to maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Communication: The ability to communicate effectively with scheduling teams and line managers is essential.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 1 & 2: A relevant NVQ qualification or equivalent in refrigeration and air conditioning is required.
  • City and Guilds 2078 or 2079: Subscription to ACRIB and certification in refrigerant safe handling is also necessary.
  • Excellent Computer Skills: Good computer skills and the ability to use FieldDB system and Oracle Mobile Field Service (MFS) are required.
  • Valid Driving License: A clean valid driving license is also necessary.
