Job Description: As a Thermal Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Vertiv's thermal management products as well as other contracted systems. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers, sales managers, distributors, and other stakeholders within the field.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service calls in a professional manner while on duty
  • Perform all work in a safe manner and in accordance with established company safety policies
  • Assist in ensuring that the planned maintenance completion rate is maintained at a minimum of 90%
  • Keep scheduling teams informed of changes to your schedule and the status of all open jobs
  • Close tasks in Oracle Mobile Field Service (MFS) daily and weekly paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete manner
  • Create reports using FieldDB system and ensure regular synchronization
  • Report sales or service leads to the proper department via the correct process
  • Support company vision and management decisions
  • Use email and other Office-based programs to maintain/enhance communications processes
  • Ensure that all Vertiv processes are followed
  • Protect all tooling and company property issued
  • Work as part of the service team and support business needs
  • Take an active role in the call-out rota

Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 1 & 2, or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  • City and Guilds 2078 or 2079 in Refrigerant Safe Handling, Subscribed to ACRIB
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Previous environmental service experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-starter, ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively
  • Clean valid driving license
