Brief Overview:

  • Our engineer plays a key role in maintaining and repairing thermal management products, as well as other contracted systems. Building strong relationships with customers, sales teams, distributors, and internal teams is crucial to success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond professionally to all assigned service calls while on duty.
  2. Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to established safety policies.
  3. Adhere to good working practices and relevant codes of practice/legislation for assigned tasks.
  4. Achieve a planned maintenance completion rate of 90% or higher.
  5. Communicate effectively with the scheduling team regarding changes to schedules and job status.
  6. Report errors promptly using the site change form to ensure accurate customer listings.
  7. Complete closing tasks in Oracle Mobile Field Service (MFS) daily and weekly paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.
  8. Regularly synchronize reports using the FieldDB system.
  9. Report sales or service leads via the correct process.
  10. Support company vision and management decisions.
  11. Enhance communication processes using email and Office programs.
  12. Familiarity with industry processes is required.
  13. Keep company vehicles clean and properly maintained.
  14. Protect tooling and company property issued.
  15. Work collaboratively as part of the service team to meet business needs.
  16. Participate actively in the callout rota.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 1 & 2, or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
  • City and Guilds 2078 or 2079 in Refrigerant Safe Handling, Subscribed to ACRIB.
Preferred Qualifications

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Previous environmental service experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively.
  • A valid driving license is required.
