We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Thermal Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of thermal management systems, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Maintain and repair thermal management products in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales managers, distributors, and other field teams.

Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators:

This position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to respond promptly to customer inquiries, perform routine maintenance tasks, and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and service calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of all activities and interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 1 & 2, or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
  • City and Guilds 2078 or 2079 in Refrigerant Safe Handling, Subscribed to ACRIB.

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
  • Prior experience in environmental services or a related field.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Time Commitment:

This role requires a high level of availability, with regular working hours and occasional overtime as required.
