
Senior Thermal Enterprise Sales Professional

As a senior sales professional, you will lead the NSW Enterprise Sales team and drive growth in the region by expanding market presence into new and existing accounts.
The role requires a customer-centric approach with the ability to manage the full sales cycle, sell, mentor, guide, motivate and coach sales engineers to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.
You will develop and sustain meaningful, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers, while also identifying new opportunities for expansion.
Maintaining a deep understanding of customer business strategies and industry trends is essential to effectively articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
The successful candidate will have 8+ years of sales experience, previous experience working with HVAC/Thermal companies, and technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
A proven track record of building and developing driven sales teams, exceeding targets and delivering sustained growth is crucial for this role.
