Job Title: Financial Performance LeaderAchieve Financial Excellence

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Performance Leader to lead and drive financial performance for our AUS division.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Review and provide oversight of all financial reports from the team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with all statutory and government requirements, including tax.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • CA or CPA qualification, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards.
  • Experience with SAP or other large ERP system.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
