  • Ensure seamless kitchen operations by effectively managing cooking sections and adhering to company standards.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to design and deliver innovative menu concepts that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
  • Motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results through positive leadership and effective communication.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to strict food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Consistently deliver outstanding dishes that exceed customer expectations.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • A strong background in commercial cookery, preferably with tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving culinary innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Food handling certificate and availability to work across a rotating roster are essential requirements.
