Job Title

Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

The successful candidate will oversee kitchen operations, inspiring creativity and precision in every dish while championing sustainability initiatives.

  • Lead the culinary team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage daily kitchen operations including food preparation, service and hygiene compliance.
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus that reflect our culinary identity.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on innovative menu creations.
  • Monitor food costs, inventory and waste to achieve budget targets while supporting sustainability goals.
  • Champion sustainable sourcing, waste reduction and environmentally conscious kitchen practices.
  • Support staffing, training and performance management to build and retain a talented team.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior kitchen leadership role, ideally within a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Expertise in modern Australian cuisine and contemporary culinary techniques.

Formal culinary training and certifications in food safety and sustainability practices.
