Senior Culinary LeaderRole Overview:

The Senior Culinary Leader will spearhead the culinary operations to deliver high-quality food experiences that cater to elite female athletes' diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute menus that accommodate various dietary requirements, allergies, and performance demands.
  • Lead a team of chefs to maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Manage kitchen logistics, including inventory control, ordering, and replenishment, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Coach, Nutritionist, and Club Doctor to provide educational sessions on cooking skills, nutrition, and food safety.
  • Coordinate meal delivery for home matches and away trips, working closely with hotels and catering teams for seamless execution.
  • Accompany the first team on away trips as required.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef in a high-performance sports environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to cook and present food to an exceptionally high standard.
  • Relevant culinary qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of sports nutrition, particularly for female athletes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel with the team.
