Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the construction team, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement project risk management strategies, governance, and controls to ensure safe and compliant execution of construction activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Controls, to drive project success and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze and recommend innovative delivery options utilizing best practices and trends to enhance project outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring proactive resolution of constraints and blockers that may impact project delivery.
  • Establish and communicate performance expectations, identify performance gaps, and monitor progress to ensure plans are met.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • A deep understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and technologies.
  • The ability to analyze complex data, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous or high-pressure situations.

Salary Range

$150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.
