Job Description:

As a cornerstone of our business, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role will involve ensuring seamless customer service and support across various workplaces.

Your day will consist of warmly welcoming tenants and visitors, providing information and support to customers and visitors, managing inbox and meeting room bookings, and driving activations and promoting usage of communal spaces and amenities available.

This position requires periods of walking, standing, sitting, and/or manual handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Managing communication channels and responding to requests in a timely manner
  • Driving engagement and promoting usage of communal spaces and amenities
  • Reporting on lobby operations and service-offering, providing recommendations on process improvements and product ideas

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in hospitality, residential concierge, serviced office, or co-working spaces, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
