Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia.

This role is more than just managing accounts—it's about driving real business growth. You'll take ownership of approximately 40 existing clients, building deeper adoption and delivering stronger results. Importantly, 50% of your role will be focused on new business development—prospecting, pitching, and bringing in new opportunities to expand our reach.

As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategic account plans to grow usage and meet revenue targets. You will also be responsible for increasing adoption within existing accounts while actively securing new business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management and/or new business development. They will also possess excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as a strong ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

  • 2+ years' experience in account management and/or new business development
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and expand client accounts
  • Experience in real estate or a property-adjacent industry (preferred)

Some interstate travel is required quarterly in managing your South Australian and Western Australian customers. A current Victorian driver's license and your own car are also required for this role.
