**Strategy Leader (IT): Melbourne**

Collaborating with Tier one builders and architects on major projects, they continue to push the boundaries of engineering and design.

**The Role**
Join us as the Head of IT Strategy, where you'll lead the internal IT function collaborating closely with the national leadership and support teams. Other duties include auditing existing IT infrastructure, proposing future strategies, and driving digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes in the construction and engineering industry.

**The Person**
We're seeking a seasoned IT professional with 8-10 years of experience in the construction or engineering industry. Your Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, along with excellent project management skills, will drive the success of this role.
