An experienced Strategic EA Negotiator is required to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise agreement strategy, negotiation, and implementation. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute EA negotiations, manage stakeholder communications, and drive implementation and change management initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Develop and lead the organisation's EA strategy in line with operational and workforce needs.
- Plan and execute EA negotiations, including stakeholder consultations, union engagement, and compliance with technical requirements of the Fair Work Act.
- Manage the EA lifecycle as a formal project, including timelines, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive implementation and change management initiatives post-EA approval, including training, communications, and system updates.
- Provide expert advice on EA interpretation, modern awards, and industrial relations legislation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leaders, unions, and regulatory bodies.
- A Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in project management within HR or IR contexts.
- Proven experience leading or supporting enterprise agreement negotiations and implementations.
- A strong understanding of the Fair Work Act, modern awards, and EA processes.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with unions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex IR concepts into clear, accessible language.
- High attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with confidentiality.
- Experience in large, unionised and complex organisations.
- Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, etc) highly regarded.
