The Executive Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for cultivating robust talent pipelines, collaborating with business partners and senior leaders, and executing a comprehensive executive talent assessment and selection approach. This includes promoting leadership opportunities, positioning the organization externally as an employer of choice, and ensuring a seamless and high-quality recruitment process.
