As a seasoned recruitment professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall strategy and direction of our Talent Acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition plan that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing Talent Acquisition team to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to source and select top talent for senior hires directly.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of cyclic reporting, including vacancy status, new hires and other key metrics.
  • Manage talent acquisition vendor costs and optimize our recruitment technology stack.
  • Offer strategic insights on market conditions, including salary guidance and industry trends.

About You:

  • Possess extensive experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a regional or multi-location role.
  • Demonstrate experience overcoming significant recruitment challenges, such as shortage of supply over demand.
  • Demonstrate experience leading a Talent Acquisition team, preferably in a remote, multi-location or hybrid work environment.
  • Hold a minimum of 10+ years' experience, with at least 3+ years' leadership experience in a matrixed environment.
  • Have experience recruiting professionals in various industries, including manufacturing, supply chain management and aviation.
  • Be confident working with senior stakeholders and navigating organisational dynamics.
  • Exhibit a data-driven mindset, analysing recruitment metrics and making informed decisions.
  • Leverage existing and emerging technologies to drive recruitment efforts.
