Talent Acquisition Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process across our Australian and New Zealand operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment activities across multiple business units
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage top talent
  • Prepare and distribute employment contracts and other key documentation
  • Support the development and implementation of attraction and retention strategies
  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment tools and processes
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and building pipelines of talent across a range of disciplines
  • Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies and process improvements
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to partner with diverse stakeholders
  • Tech-savvy with sound knowledge of recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office
