Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract high-calibre Consultants from leading business schools and industry networks.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Identify priority recruits, facilitate connections with employees, and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Event Management: Coordinate logistics, consultant participation, and resource allocation for local MBA programmes.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate recruitment campaign outcomes by preparing detailed statistical analyses on yield rates and school success, presenting actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with regional and global recruiting teams to ensure effective representation at key events and manage marketing initiatives across targeted business schools.
  • Candidate Experience: Lead the end-to-end candidate selection process, including application screening, interview scheduling, debriefing meetings, decision communications, and travel logistics for both candidates and interviewers.
  • System Utilisation: Utilise applicant tracking systems for accurate data entry, event management, candidate reporting, and timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Success Planning: Manage closing processes for successful candidates, including organising celebratory events, assigning mentors for individual support, and overseeing all related communications.
