We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive talent acquisition strategies that drive business growth and success.

Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates ahead of needs by utilizing market insights and leveraging various talent pools.
  • End-to-end Recruitment: Own and manage full-cycle recruitment processes as a senior recruiter.
  • Marketing: Promote our organization as an employer of choice through social media, creative marketing, compelling job advertisements, and other branding activities.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs, address challenges, and optimize recruitment outcomes.

This is a role where you will work as a senior talent acquisition partner specialized mainly in hirings in Australia and occasionally other countries in the Asia Pacific region. You will also build and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies for different functions in Australia to attract and hire the best talents to our organization.
