Eating Disorders Program Coordinator/Senior Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as the Coordinator of the Eating Disorders Program at Healthscope Hospitals. This is an ongoing permanent part-time role (0.6 EFT) that requires a high level of expertise and leadership in the field of eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the inpatient therapy program (up to 21 dedicated beds) and the outpatient program (currently running one day per week)
- Organize group time-table and staff group scheduling for the program
- Conduct evidence-based therapy groups for clients in the program
- Contribute to the general inpatient program with the TMC inpatient co-ordinators, Allied Health Manager and Director of Allied Health
- Develop, complete and facilitate quality improvement projects in the eating disorders program
- Supervise Grade 2 psychologists and provisional psychology (students) as required
- Clinical supervision from a Senior Clinical Psychologist
- On-site regular professional development opportunities
- Allocated allowance towards preferred Professional Development
- Masters or Doctoral post-graduate qualification in Clinical Psychology
- Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist
- Registration with AHPRA
- Specialist training/credentialing in Eating Disorders (preferred)
- Four years + experience as a psychologist
- Endorsement as a clinical supervisor (preferred) or completing supervisor training
- Well-developed leadership and communication skills, experience with group therapy (preferable)
- Commitment to upholding high standards of ethical practice
- Current Working with Children Check
