About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as the Coordinator of the Eating Disorders Program at The Melbourne Clinic. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for implementing a high-quality, evidence-based therapy program for clients with a range of eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the inpatient therapy program, including organization of group timetables and staff scheduling
  • Conduct evidence-based therapy groups for clients in the program
  • Contribute to the general inpatient program with the TMC inpatient coordinators, Allied Health Manager, and Director of Allied Health
  • Develop, complete, and facilitate quality improvement projects in the eating disorders program
  • Supervise Grade 2 psychologists and provisional psychology students as required
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctoral post-graduate qualification in Clinical Psychology
  • Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Specialist training/credentialing in Eating Disorders (preferred)
  • Four years + experience as a psychologist
  • Endorsement as a clinical supervisor (preferred) or completing supervisor training
  • Well-developed leadership and communication skills, experience with group therapy (preferable)
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of ethical practice
  • Current Working with Children Check
