Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Advisor to join our team. As an HR Operations Advisor, you will be responsible for enhancing the people and workplace experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

You will provide support and knowledge to the business for the entire employee lifecycle, help scale various HR programs, and maintain partnerships with geographically distributed HRBPs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Enhance the people and workplace experience through localized people initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide support and knowledge to the business for the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Help scale various HR programs to create efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and continually work on the enhancement of employee lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain partnerships with geographically distributed HRBPs, TA, and other HR Operations team members.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in HR operations, experience with employee lifecycle (including but not limited to onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters, and offboarding), and highly proficient and excellent communication skills in English.
