HR Business Analyst

This role involves partnering with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, and translating these into clear problem statements and paths forward.

Key responsibilities include defining scope, requirements, and solutions that get to the root cause of problems, not just symptoms.

Additionally, you will bring clarity to chaos by translating assumptions and ambiguity into clear and defined functional and non-functional requirements.

As an integral part of project delivery, you will work on small and simple coordination efforts to complex change projects and systems implementations.

Further, you will document processes to identify opportunities for optimization, create test plans and scenarios from given requirements or projects, and present analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders and sponsors.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in this strategic role, which requires thinking beyond the here and now.

At least 7 years of relevant experience working on complex HR projects, including Workday, in a role analysing and redesigning processes or delivering projects that improve how a team or business works within medium to large enterprises is required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement new initiatives.
