Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our HR projects and drive business process improvements.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, with experience in implementing HR technology solutions and driving change management initiatives.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR projects and business process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies and tools.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in project management, preferably in an HR field.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in implementing HR technology solutions and driving change management initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and team members.
