Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to lead our Lean initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across all departments, facilitating the implementation of 5S and visual management standards, and coordinating problem-solving workshops.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support process improvement projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Lean initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Map and optimize process flows for products and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a continuous improvement or Lean role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated experience applying Lean tools, such as 5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping, and visual management.
- Strong knowledge of process flow, standard work, and problem-solving techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Lean/CI software or ERP systems.
