Organisational Change Lead

Seeking a strategic and innovative Organisational Change Lead to spearhead transformation initiatives in a high-profile Federal Government technology system implementation.


This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in human-centred design, data analytics, and applying AI insights to drive meaningful change and accelerate adoption.


You will be responsible for developing and executing change strategies informed by deep analysis of data and AI insights to understand user behaviour and readiness.


  • Develop and execute organisational change strategies informed by data-driven insights.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training with various stakeholder groups.
  • Use data and analytics tools combined with AI insights to visualise and monitor change adoption, predict resistance, and adapt plans rapidly.

About the Role

As an experienced Organisational Change Lead, you will have a proven track record in driving organisational change through data-driven decision making.


You will possess expert knowledge in human-centred design, data analytics, and applying AI insights to change strategies.


Key responsibilities include leading stakeholder engagement, communication, and training, as well as using data and analytics tools to drive change adoption.
