Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, manage profit and loss statements, and lead channel planning and forecasting.
  • Channel Management: Build joint business plans with key retailers, manage distributor relationships, and oversee pricing, promotions, and inventory planning.
  • Brand Execution: Deliver premium brand experiences through point-of-sale materials, activations, and training across key airports and retail locations.
  • Insights & Reporting: Analyze performance, track investment efficiency, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading commercial planning, profit and loss statement management, and sales and operations planning to drive growth across domestic and travel retail channels.
  • Ability to execute sales strategies, manage stock and promotions, and build strong customer relationships across key accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on performance tracking, investment efficiency, and actionable reporting.
  • Agile approach, with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
