Executive Commercial Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior leadership role in commercial operations. The job involves overseeing the commercial function to drive efficiency, revenue, and risk management outcomes across a national portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic capital allocation plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee commodity marketing and risk management functions, driving pricing strategy through collaboration with internal and external advisors.
  • Provide data-driven scenario analysis, benchmarked performance reporting, and forward forecasts that link farm decisions to financial and capital outcomes.
  • Align farm plans to top-quartile benchmarks in efficiency, productivity, people engagement, and carbon emissions.
  • Lead the development of a data-first architecture that protects intellectual property and enables high-quality decision-making.
  • Drive operational excellence and return on investment through key metrics.
  • Ensure robust governance and reporting frameworks.

About You:

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in commercial or finance within a production environment.
  • Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams; strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Depth in capital-intensive settings and commercial negotiation for high-value asset procurement; strength in managing strategic supplier and customer relationships.
