Senior Remuneration Advisor

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our team as a Senior Remuneration Advisor, to support us on complex legal and broader remuneration advisory consulting matters.

Key aspects of the role include:

Leveraging existing skills to execute on the legal aspects of our projects - such as interpreting legislation and regulatory requirements, considering legal opportunities or risks and drafting documentation;

Preparing and delivering clear and succinct advice for our clients on legal implications of our projects;

Facilitating and contributing to team cohesion - particularly assisting in coordinating project delivery and making best use of the range of experience and disciplines within our team to provide superior client outcomes.

About You

You hold a degree in law and have 2-4 years post qualification experience.

You are a self-motivated individual who ideally has previous experience in a commercial law firm or in-house legal role (e.g. corporate, equity capital markets, mergers & acquisitions) or a consulting role in the corporate governance or reward space.

You will be a self starter who is keen to progress their career.

Ability to multitask and take ownership of work matters and manage competing deadlines when working with different team members;
