Oversight of Compensation Strategies
We are seeking an accomplished Executive Remuneration Leader to spearhead the development and implementation of strategic compensation initiatives that align with our business objectives.
About the Role
As a trusted advisor, you will report directly to our visionary Chief People Officer and lead our remuneration and benefits function. Your team will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board members to design and deliver the execution and management of the Remuneration Framework.
This role requires a mix of forward-thinking planning, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all remuneration, performance, and benefits. You will also be responsible for managing the annual remuneration and bonus review process.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing comprehensive remuneration strategies that drive growth and competitiveness.
- Leading a small team to execute and manage the Remuneration Framework.
- Creating presentations, papers, and reports for executive and Board level stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with APRA-regulated remuneration and governance practices such as CPS 511 and FAR.
- Cultivating strong relationships with executive leadership and influencing at this level.
- Maintaining attention to detail while considering the big picture.
- Providing high-level critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
