The Role:
  • Lead annual reviews of remuneration packages and ensure alignment with market trends.
  • Manage remuneration budgets, forecasting, and Short-Term Incentive processes.
  • Maintain compliance with Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) reporting and award legislation.
  • Design and manage benefits programs, including wellness initiatives.
  • Provide strategic advice on sales commission structures.
  • Conduct market analysis, prepare reports, and support organisational design with grading principles.
  • Deliver training on remuneration processes and provide actionable data insights.
