About the Team

The Role:
- Lead annual reviews of remuneration packages and ensure alignment with market trends.
- Manage remuneration budgets, forecasting, and Short-Term Incentive processes.
- Maintain compliance with Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) reporting and award legislation.
- Design and manage benefits programs, including wellness initiatives.
- Provide strategic advice on sales commission structures.
- Conduct market analysis, prepare reports, and support organisational design with grading principles.
- Deliver training on remuneration processes and provide actionable data insights.
