This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a cohesive team, ensuring seamless delivery of services within Clarence Gardens.

The job is fast-paced and rewarding, offering exceptional customer service to clients.

You will be responsible for scheduling and referral management of Allied Health professionals, Nurses and General Practitioner. Shifts are rostered between 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling client services in a timely manner
  • Liaising with stakeholders to optimise resource utilisation
  • Providing timely notifications to clients regarding alterations to schedules
  • Collaborating with other stakeholders to manage annual/sick/other leave
  • Performing administrative and reporting tasks to ensure regulatory compliance

We seek someone with outstanding customer service skills, who can multitask and prioritise workloads effectively, and has a passion for delivering top-notch results in a skilled and engaged environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a sound knowledge of Adelaide suburbs, administrative office systems and customer service practices, and a commitment to helping older ageing people maintain their independence.
