Job Opportunity

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and efficient installation of our shower screen products. This involves coordinating with customers, manufacturing, and installers to schedule installation dates that align with production and customer needs.

In this critical position:

- You will be the liaison between various stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in preparing documentation for installations and cross-checking installer invoices.
- You will also liaise with production regarding product completion and work in partnership with customers, installers, and internal personnel to resolve order-related matters.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under tight deadlines
- Enthusiasm to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Competency using MS Suite and ability to quickly gain competency with in-house systems
