Job Title: Maintenance Operations Planning Analyst

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Planning Analyst to join our team, providing planning and scheduling support for aircraft maintenance projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing planning documentation, creating schedules, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Develop and maintain planning documentation, including service schedules and technical instructions;
  • Plan and coordinate aircraft maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks;
  • Provide expert advice on planning and scheduling best practices;
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role or as a Maintenance Controller/Planner;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Applicable aircraft trade qualification or equivalent;
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain focus on safety;
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills;
  • Computer Aided Maintenance Management (CAMM2) System qualifications (Highly Desirable).
