Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize plant availability.
  • Lead the development and implementation of reliability and maintenance programs to improve plant performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to identify and address maintenance-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in a maintenance and reliability role in a heavy industry environment.
  • Strong mechanical background and experience with plant maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
