About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cement plant's mechanical systems. This involves analyzing performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to optimize plant performance and reliability.
  • Monitor and analyze plant performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance technicians and operators to ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a cement manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with experience in plant trouble shooting and maintenance management.
