In this critical position, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our cement manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular plant performance reviews and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and asset life plans.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our operations.
About You:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a cement manufacturing or heavy industry environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and processes, including maintenance strategies and asset life planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with experience in maintenance management software a plus.
