About the Role:

This challenging and rewarding mechanical shift lead role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on plant performance and drive improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and developing strategies to optimize plant efficiency. As a key member of the maintenance team, they will work closely with cross-functional groups to resolve breakdowns and implement preventative measures.

  • Lead daily maintenance activities, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively
  • Analyze plant performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance plans
  • Ensure compliance with SHE policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in mechanical engineering, preferably with 5+ years of experience in a cement manufacturing or heavy industry environment. Your expertise in maintenance management, asset life planning, and condition monitoring will enable you to make a tangible impact on plant performance.

  • BS/Mechanical Engineering degree
  • 5+ years' experience in maintenance management
  • Proven track record of improving plant performance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with SAP and MS Office
