Successful Return to Work Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide remote support to clients with physical and/or psychological injuries/illnesses.
Duties:- Case management: Working closely with rehabilitation assistants to alleviate administrative tasks
- Improving return to work outcomes through clinical knowledge application
- Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs in collaboration with employers and employees
- Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
- Completing various assessments using clinical skills, including initial and vocational assessments to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers to employment and identify suitable employment opportunities for workers who have sustained workplace injuries
- Allied health qualifications in occupational therapy, exercise physiology, physiotherapy, or osteopathy
- Full professional registration with a relevant body or full professional accreditation with a relevant association
- Experienced consultants with workplace rehabilitation experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication and relationship-building with all stakeholders
- Ability to proactively manage a caseload and achieve outstanding results. Passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the health benefits of work is essential
