Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in a similar role within a professional services firm or similar environment

  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and team engagement skills
  • Proven project and contract management expertise
  • Financial management capability with a commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organisational abilities
