**Your new company**

Your new company is long-standing and well-respected brand specialising in manufacturing and supplying steel reinforcing products within Australia. Due to internal progression, they are seeking an Operations Manager to lead their team and grow within the business under the guidance of the current operations manager.

**Your new role**

As an operations manager, you will be managing the day-to-day operations of the team. Your other duties and responsibilities will include;
- Ensuring all production operations run efficiently whilst providing exceptional customer service, whilst building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Motivating and leading the team, whilst ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and appropriately
- Developing annual budget reports, monitor inventory management, and deliver sustainable production targets
- Adhering to site, regional and national WH&S procedures, policies, and standards.

**What you'll need to succeed**

As an Operations Manager you will have;
- The ability to oversee a team of approximately 20 people
- Demonstrated experience within the manufacturing industry
- Strong people management experience, problem-solving skills and communication skills

**What you'll get in return**
- A $110-$120K package, inclusive of a production bonus and superannuation
