Job Overview:

The role of an Operational Efficiency Specialist is crucial in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This key position is integral to a Business Unit that specializes in providing solutions granting clients access to classified and sensitive information from mobile devices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support senior management in executing business plans aligned with strategic and operational goals, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in compiling and delivering monthly reporting for the Business Unit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Contribute to planning, organizing, and executing projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate project tasks and activities, fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to pinpoint trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance, highlighting key metrics and presenting actionable recommendations.
  • Support the development and implementation of performance measurement systems to evaluate and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Manage client relations with professionalism and provide efficient service.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and key clients to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and successful project completion.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of operational procedures, guidelines, and manuals.
