Job Title: Operations Manager

This role is responsible for driving operational efficiencies and executing the division's operational plans and initiatives.

The successful candidate will have expertise in providing advice and support on major communication and engagement activities, as well as developing models and tools to drive performance improvement.

They will also be responsible for ensuring effective governance of business processes, including leading the division's response to WHS requirements, and leading and developing the Service and Operations team interns and cadets.

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of business acumen, and excellent communication and engagement abilities.

Applicants should also have experience in coordinating budgetary, workplace health and safety and other operational processes and reporting requirements.
