A dynamic and innovative company is seeking a Digital Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the human resources department, this individual will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the digital space.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Building relationships with industry professionals and partners to identify potential talent
  • Creating and managing job postings and advertisements to reach a wide audience
  • Screening and evaluating candidate applications to ensure they meet the requirements of the role
