Key Responsibilities

  3. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities within the environmental and power sectors.
  4. Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, including institutional investors, energy companies, and government agencies.
  5. Risk Management: Monitor and manage risks associated with trading activities, including market, credit, and operational risks.
  6. Team Leadership: Develop a team of professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive performance and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  7. Industry Representation: Represent StoneX Group in industry conferences, forums, and other relevant events, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in environmental and power markets.
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in environmental markets, power markets, or related fields, with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and market dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and enhance market positioning.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in environmental markets, power markets, or related fields
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster innovation, and drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities
