Job Title: Vice President - Fixed Income

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our Fixed Income team in Sydney, Australia.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients in Australia
  • Originating business opportunities and providing advisory services on risk management and deal pipelines
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to grow the Fixed Income Corporate flow business
  • Collaborating with the Global Markets teams to widen product scope, increase volumes, and market share
  • Providing strong pricing and execution abilities in FX and Interest rates derivatives, as well as structured investment solutions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or Engineering
  • At least 6-8 years of relevant financial markets experience in Sales or Global Markets
  • Proven capabilities in building strong relationships with corporate clients
  • Strong understanding of the corporate business and key decision drivers
  • Ability to extract value from relationships in terms of deals and market share
