Job Title: Regional Vice President of Revenue

Emarsys EMarketing Systems is seeking a highly experienced Regional Vice President of Revenue to lead our commercial teams in the APJ region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing Emarsys as a market leader, and developing commercial strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and execute regional revenue growth strategies, processes, and targets for Sales and Client Success teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, regional leaders, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of direction and strategies.
  • Collaborate with local Marketing leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with regional objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and empower regional leaders to drive their teams to achieve revenue growth and commercial excellence.
  • Provide reporting and transparency on Sales and CS performance, activities, and initiatives across regions.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated extensive leadership experience leading teams in commercial sales and client success on a regional level or higher.
  • Considerable experience in software/applications Sales team and/or CS team management.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals, both individual and team quotas.
  • Strong record of accomplishment of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales/and or client success organization.
  • Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions.
